How did you get that glossy look to the blue water part of your heart-shaped beach cookie? It looks almost like piping gel, but I figured it had to be something else that would harden on the cookie.
I'd appreciate any info you can give me... LOVE those cookies and will be making these for my friend's bridal shower next month!
